We’re an Australian technology company building practical software for organisations that have to account for how something was done — not just that it was done.
Why we build this
A lot of important operational work leaves a thin trail. A security issue gets handled, an assessment gets delivered, and afterwards there’s surprisingly little to point to: a status field somewhere, and someone’s recollection.
That gap matters most for the organisations that answer to someone else — a service provider accountable to its clients, an institution accountable for the integrity of its assessments. Our software exists to close it: to make the conditions deliberate, the evidence available, and the outcome something you can show rather than assert.
How we work
- Say what the evidence supports
- Claims in our software — and about our software — should be backed by something demonstrable. Where we can't show it, we don't assert it.
- Keep people in the decision
- Our products are built to inform judgement, not to replace it. The consequential decisions stay with the people accountable for them.
- Build for the operational reality
- The work these tools support is ongoing and procedural. We'd rather fit the way a team actually operates than impose a workflow on them.
